Why do some people think that vaccines are associated with alpha-gal syndrome?

Vaccines Do Not Cause Alpha-Gal Syndrome
In this case, Nicolas Hulscher, with a who’s who of anti-vaccine influencers, including James Thorp, Drew Pinsky, Harvey Risch, Kelly Victory, and Peter McCullough, published a non-peer reviewed pre-print to try to make you believe that vaccines are associated with alpha-gal syndrome?
Why?
They say that the gelatin in some vaccines can sometimes trigger allergic reactions, which is actually true. It rarely happens, but it is true.
What else?
Well, gelatin made from cows or pigs can contain alpha-gal.
So, they then make the big leap to say that gelatin in some vaccines somehow primes the immune system, so that if you are later bitten by a tick, then you can develop alpha-gal syndrome!
What’s the problem with this theory?
Vaccines have contained gelatin since the original DPT vaccine, which has been given since the 1940s.
And the lone star tick that causes alpha-gal syndrome is native to North America, so it has been around before most of us have been here.
Do you see my point yet?
If vaccines with gelatin are triggering alpha-gal syndrome, then why are we just now seeing more cases?
And why is the typical patient with alpha-gal syndrome about 50 years old?
Lastly, how come some people with alpha-gal syndrome aren’t allergic to gelatin made from cows and pigs?
None of that makes sense if vaccines were triggering alpha-gal syndrome.
And yes, most people with alpha-gal syndrome can get vaccines with gelatin.

If you have alpha-gal and can’t tolerate dairy, then talk to an allergist about which vaccines (mostly live vaccines) and medications which contain gelatin you might need to avoid.
Still, vaccines do not cause alpha-gal syndrome.
If vaccines could do that, we would have way less red meat since alpha-gal makes it so you can't have meat (for what I remember)
