A case that depended on experts who are critical of vaccines, including:

• Victoria Vamos - has had at least one medical exemption rejected for being inappropriate.

• Clayton Baker - is routinely critical of vaccines and has even written a series called The Five Big Lies of Vaccinology!

• Carlos Rivera - is on a “school vaccination fraud awareness list” in New York and has been suspended from using the New York State Immunization Information System. In court, he admitted that “he did not examine Doe before signing off on the form and did not diagnose or treat her.”

An unfortunate case, as it means Sarah Doe can’t go to school unless she gets her missing vaccines.

In his ruling, Brown noted the requests filed by both Rivera and Miller “do not appear to indicate a specific contraindication with respect to the Meningitis vaccine and arguably fail to supply sufficient information to support the claim that the Hepatitis B vaccine is currently contraindicated.”
