Anti-vaccine influencers are the real reason that Sarah Doe can’t go to school.
She’s the teen who was denied a medical exemption for a third hepatitis B vaccination and is being excluded from school in Oceanside, New York.
Why Can’t Sarah Doe Go to School?
Interestingly, Sarah Doe received all of her other required vaccinations, and is just missing this one vaccine.
A single hepatitis B vaccine.
And she supposedly has documented medical exemptions from six different providers, including some with links to the holistic/anti-vaccine community.
What else?
At least one of her providers, Victoria Vamos, has had at least one medical exemption rejected for being inappropriate.
And, Clayton Baker, the ‘expert’ who supported the exemptions, is routinely critical of vaccines and has even written a series called The Five Big Lies of Vaccinology!
Still, it is just one vaccine…
You would think that they could let that slide, right, even if they were not convinced that the medical exemption was real, so that this teen could go to school, especially since it was her senior year?
Well, of course, the issue is not just one vaccine.
It is all the other parents submitting fake medical exemptions!
And it was all the intentionally unvaccinated kids that triggered the large measles outbreaks in New York that led them to tighten their laws about religious exemptions and medical exemptions for vaccines.
So if you are looking for someone to blame for why Sarah Doe can’t go to school, look at the anti-vaccine influencers who have been scaring people away from getting vaccinated.
And all the parents submitting fake medical exemptions and fake immunization records.
Without all of them, vaccine rates would not have dropped and no one would have cared if a few kids, like Sarah Doe, weren’t vaccinated.
