After getting his MMR vaccine at 15 months, Jenny McCarthy, depending on the interview, has said that her son had his seizure:

• “anywhere between a week, two weeks, something” afterwards

• “not long after”

• “not too far after that,” but went on to say the seizure was when her son was two or two and a half years old

• “a couple of months, a month or so after the MMR”

So which was it?

And why does her story keep changing?

A week or two, a couple of months, or a year later?

And yes, it does matter!

A vaccine is much less likely to be the cause of an adverse reaction if it is weeks, months, or a year later.

"Knowing what I know now ... I never have ever, ever, told anyone not to vaccinate," McCarthy said before clarifying to listeners, "But the question is, she's asking me everybody ... what I would do in a time machine, I would not because of the damage that was done to my own child."

Also, when she knows that her son is old enough to Google himself (he has even confronted her about all of this) and see what his mom says about him, why does she continue to describe him as damaged?

“And now he is maybe 13, maybe 12. And I'm at home and he goes, mom, can you come here a second? And I was like, okay. So I come there and he goes, um, he didn't necessarily Google me. He googled him.”

“I can tell you what's even more incomprehensible. It's having a perfect child. A child that says mama and wants to hug you and be held and love you and then all of the sudden that child is gone in front of your eyes. It was like every mom explains, it's like a spaceship came and stole the child's soul.”
