Anti-vaccine influencers would have you believe that the v-safe system basically ignored complaints from people who had just received a COVID vaccine.

Mr. Tucker keeps talking about v-safe, but he obviously has no idea how v-safe actually worked.

Fortunately, that’s just more propaganda from folks who want you to think that COVID vaccines are poison.

What Did V-Safe Actually Do?

In fact, not only was the system not fully automated, but many people actually received call backs from v-safe call centers!

“CDC’s v-safe call center staff members contact registrants who indicate that medical care was received after vaccination to request more information; registrants are also encouraged to complete a VAERS report, if indicated.”

These call backs were important to the overall process, as they helped v-safe folks get more information, especially when someone went to the hospital after receiving a COVID vaccine.

“Among 45 registrants with information about the hospitalization available from the v-safe call center or free text message response, 29 indicated that the hospitalization was unrelated to vaccination, 13 completed a VAERS report, and three did not wish to complete a VAERS report.”

More information, which in the majority of patients helped them to determine that the hospitalization had nothing to do with their COVID vaccine!

What else?

Far from being ignored, v-safe data was carefully analyzed to see if there were any signals that might indicate any safety problems with our COVID vaccines.

In addition to regular updates about V-Safe data at ACIP meetings, more than a few safety studies were done using V-Safe data

And this analysis and safety updates from v-safe were a regular part of the frequent ACIP meetings during the COVID pandemic. In fact, by October 2022, there had been at least 21 ACIP meetings that included v-safe-specific presentations.

Plus, there were very regular presentations about the v-safe pregnancy registry, VAERS, the CISA Project, and Vaccine Safety Datalink Rapid Cycle Analysis.

Not that folks like Jeffrey Tucker would ever mention any of that…
