As a senior who lived this in my childhood, I find the absolute, blatant, chosen ignorance of today's parents to be a form of child abuse. If you want to kill or disable your child just throw them out in the middle of a busy highway. At least they would go quickly. Polio, life in an iron lung or paralysis or death. God gave us the brain and knowledge to create lifesaving vaccines. That is his Will.
