RFK Jr sure does like to bring up Peter Aaby and his studies about the DPT vaccine, doesn’t he?
Of course, he doesn’t tell you about all of his studies…

Wait, which studies is RFK Jr. leaving out?
Well, there is the simple fact that one of Peter Aaby’s latest studies didn’t even find the increased mortality with the DPT vaccine that all of older studies had found!
That seems pretty important, doesn’t it?
But then there are also all of his studies that found a beneficial effect of giving the MMR vaccine.
“These observations suggest that standard titre measles vaccine may confer a beneficial effect which is unrelated to the specific protection against measles disease.”

That’s right.
In addition to believing that there was a negative effect of getting the DPT vaccine, Peter Aaby thought that there was a positive effect of getting the measles vaccine.
And the BCG vaccine…
And the oral polio vaccine…
“Hence, the imminent eradication of polio and the planned stop of OPV in 2024 and the subsequent eradication of measles infection and the possible stop to live MV could have negative effects for child survival. Before live vaccines are phased out, potential unintended effects of stopping these vaccines should be thoroughly studied.”

A positive effect that was so big, that he advocates that we keep giving these vaccines even after the diseases are completely eradicated!

Makes you wonder if he wants us to bring back the smallpox vaccine…
And it makes you wonder why he is such a hero to so many anti-vaccine influencers…
