One does not need to have a background in medicine or biology to understand the issues here, but one does have to think through evidence. For some reason, Kirsch is unwilling/unable to do that.
Only a licensed MD can determine cause of death. In some states non-physician coroners are legally able to do so. But for the most part, that determination is exclusively within the domain of the MD. It requires a very deep understanding of pathophysiology which Kirsch lacks.
Kirsch is an electrical engineer. He does not have the background in science and medicine to begin know what these children died from.
