As Florida is hit with the most measles cases in over 30 years, what does Gov. Ron Desantis want to do? You guessed it! He wants to make it even easier for people to skip getting vaccinated, so that the outbreaks will get even worse!!!

Big outbreaks in Florida are one of the reasons the US is having another record year of measles cases.

Is anyone surprised?

Surprised that the state which tried to keep pediatricians from talking to parents about gun safety now wants to force them to offer parents an alternative immunization schedule?

And wants to make it even easier for parents to get vaccine exemptions, by creating a new “conscience” category, so that they can opt out of immunizations without abusing the religious exemption?

I guess few people will be surprised by this news, as it seems that many politicians in Florida are striving hard to make Florida one of the worst states for children to live in…

Or that Disney World might soon be the next measles hot spot!
