Among all of the lies, misinformation, and propaganda in his interview with Dana Bash, RFK, Jr pushed the idea that COVID vaccines didn’t work and did more harm than good for children.
Of course, he was wrong.
On June 23, 2021, after reviewing available evidence including that for risks of myocarditis, ACIP determined that the benefits of using mRNA COVID-19 vaccines under the FDA's EUA clearly outweigh the risks in all populations, including adolescents and young adults.

Vaccinating adolescents against SARS-CoV-2 in England: a risk-benefit analysis - he benefit of vaccination in terms of hospitalisations in adolescents outweighs risks unless case rates are sustainably very low (below 30/100,000 teenagers/week). Benefit of vaccination exists at any case rate for the outcomes of death and long COVID, since neither have been associated with vaccination to date.
Cardiac Complications After SARS-CoV-2 Infection and mRNA COVID-19 Vaccination — PCORnet, United States, January 2021–January 2022 - Analysis of EHR data from 40 U.S. health care systems found that the incidences of cardiac complications after SARS-CoV-2 infection or mRNA COVID-19 vaccination were low overall but were higher after infection than after vaccination for both males and females in all age groups. Two studies from Israel (2) and the United Kingdom (3) have found similar higher risk for myocarditis after SARS-CoV-2 infection compared with that after mRNA COVID-19 vaccination.

And since COVID vaccines have been proven to be safe for young children and safe for teens, with few serious side effects, it is very easy to see that they do a great deal more good than harm for our children.
The only harm came from anti-vaccine influencers who scared parents away from vaccinating and protecting their kids!
